Welcome to Earthshul — an online community and congregation devoted to the well-being of our planet, and that of the Jewish people.
An Earth-based Jewish community, Earthshul is devoted to several goals:
1. Bringing Jews and all who are interested in Judaism, in environmental justice and action, and/or in Earth-based Jewish spirituality together to pray, meditate, learn, talk, and socialize.
2. Providing a space for interfaith dialogue and connection on environmental issues and Earth-based spirituality, and to work on projects related to the environment and the climate emergency. All are welcome.
3. Offering a directory of Earth-based and/or environmentally-focused Jewish groups, worldwide
4. Promoting events across the Earth-based Jewish world devoted to spreading awareness and mobilizing peaceful social action with respect to the climate crisis
